Fleet Booking Process

We make it simple: Submit your fleet list and contact details. We’ll assess the scope and send you a quote. Once approved, we’ll assign your account a lead tech. If you're using a fleet management platform, just let us know—we'll align our service records with your system. Digital reports and servicing logs are available in PDF format for integration. Emergency breakdowns and recurring issues get priority placement. You’ll always get a contact number and a response. We’re also compatible with leading fleet management platforms. If you’re using MTData, Teletrac Navman, Fleet Complete or another system, we can align our reports and digital job sheets with your preferred format.

For businesses operating within a 20km radius, our mobile technicians are equipped to carry out diagnostics and repairs on-site. For depots further afield, we offer rapid workshop turnaround and priority scheduling for breakdowns.We’ll always advise the best approach for your fleet—no guesswork, just clear logistics and honest timelines.
